Nicky DipM MCIM

Founder and owner of Bang, Nicky has worked for and with small businesses and large corporates for many years. Known for her pragmatic no nonsense approach, Nicky has a real passion for Bang's clients. Her focus is on helping business owners implement practical marketing solutions that work.

In her spare time, she is an experienced school governor. A love of good food and good fun as well as a sense of humour, makes sure life is never dull! Oh, and she is a massive Strictly fan!

Caron

Caron has worked across a wide range of industries in sales and marketing including hotels, education, food, communication, electronics and finance. Her expertise is in marketing strategy, planning and implementation, and she is great at seeing the bigger picture. Through her experience she now specialises in working with schools, but can turn her hand and expert knowledge to most sectors.

Outside of work Caron has an active family life, loves travel and enjoys walking her wonderful Labrador, Gus.

Pru

Pru is an all-round marketing communications specialist and copywriter, whose objective is to say the right things, to the right people, in the right ways, whether it's through collateral, direct mail, advertising or events.

In her spare time, Pru is kept busy with her two small children but also loves good food and wine, travel and running.

Avril

With over 20 years in PR Avril has extensive experience of handling complex technologies and businesses and ensuring the benefits of the clients’ offering are highlighted and not lost in the technical detail. For the last 15 years she has been an independent consultant, delivering successful PR campaigns for a wide range of organisations. Avril has a reputation for producing clear, written material; establishing and maintaining excellent media relations and high levels of client retention.

Away from work Avril enjoys music, badminton and Ballroom and Latin American dancing (which is where Nicky and Avril met!)

Alice

The fabulous Alice keeps control of all things financial. But don't let that put you off - although she is great at credit control! She has a wicked sense of humour and no holds barred approach.

Two wonderful dogs keep her active when not at work.
