Following on from our last post about setting goals, we thought we would take a quick look at how to make your goals a reality.
For starters, we want you to make sure you’ve set stretching goals…
Not so ambitious that you feel they are impossible, but enough that you feel a bit of pressure.
We’re not going to bore you will that whole SMART thing – you know you need to be able to measure the goals.
Now we want you to break down your goals into monthly targets. Each month you now know what you’re aiming for – that’s a very good place to start.
Take a look back at the list you made of the things that went well, and particularly at what products and services have been most successful. Check out your gap analysis too – who on your customer list doesn’t know about some of your services?

We’re willing to bet if you focus on those things alone, suddenly a few months in, those monthly targets are not so hard.
Those goals you set for the year are very achievable – and they will become a reality.
