This month, we’re celebrating 13 years in business.
We’ve seen considerable changes over the years… And trends that come and go.

Customer focus and delivering a great customer experience has become a popular trend for businesses and marketing professionals alike, but, for us, that’s a trend that’s always been in fashion.

Right back in 2006, we were talking to our clients’ customers about what they experienced by working with our clients. We wanted to capture the words and phrases they used; why they were chosen and the impact on their business.

In turn, by understanding the end customer, we were able to create powerful customer profiles, write more effective copy and determine the most appropriate marketing activities for the business.

It helped to mark us out as different to other marketing agencies. It won us business. And our clients realised we were so much more than just content generators.

We also work closely with our business partners, Third Bounce, who deliver comprehensive and structured telephone interviews unearthing the unvarnished truth about our clients’ businesses. A service they call Client Insight.

The results are incredibly powerful – not only providing a score (using the Net Promoter Score methodology), but identifying any operational issues. The responses are hugely effective for creating our marketing plan, ensuring we focus on the issues that customers care about.

We start every new client relationship with Client Insight, and bake that in as an annual marketing activity for each client.

Of course, we do a whole lot more than that, but understanding your customers is without doubt the most powerful thing we can do for you as a client.
